Not all DLC finished downloading.

So i bought the edition with all the dlcs, and when i first downloaded and started the game it was downloading all the dlc before i could start game etc. it downloaded probably about 80% of the dlc's and then my internet went out and next time I went in it didnt download those last few, so in game I have most the dlc stuff but there are certain locations that are missing and stuff, please help, I have alot of progress and am not gonna restart my game but I want the missing dlc I know i own, i just dont know how to download the individual dlcs because under properties on the game and dlc it just shows one dlc "Skyrim: ultimate edition" and not the separate dlcs. How do I find the ones that didnt finish downloading and download them without having to lose my progress.

Go to the main menu. That which is displayed BEFORE you load your save. Find Creation Club menu. Go there. Press "download all" button.

Ok so i did that and it finished downloading a few things so thank you! I still dont see some of the ownable houses like Heljarchen Hall? Am I supposed to or is that something different

The Hearthfire homes (Heljarchen Hall, Lakeview Manor, and Winstad Manor) all need to be built - and there are conditions that need to be met before one can do so. See the following:

Heljarchen Hall is a part of the Hearthfire major addon from Oldrim times.

1) Check the files integrity as alexander_dougherty suggested.
2) 3 Hearthfire houses have to be build by player. Before it's done - they don't exist.
3) And you are saying you have progress? What is it if you've just bought the game? Do you have some old save from some other Skyrim installation? Explain it please so we can help you.

In my case when I purchased all the CC I went ingame and was greeted with the prompt if I wanted to download all the CC content.

I never said I JUST bought it... I have around 45 hours as of now
