Mehrunes razor
I know the bow from the thieves guild is best put off till you are 46 i think it is due to the damage scaling is Mehrunes razor the same deal? Or should i get it right at level 20 when the quest unlocks?

Mehrunes razor'd damage doesn't change, it's power is a flat percentage to kill an enemy on each strike.

No reason to delay starting the quest.

I don't recall any facts about Astrid's dagger, but looking on the Wiki it does the same damage as a Dragonbone dagger and absorbs 10 points of health, and appears to be fixed.
Also unlike Mehrune's Razor you can quite easily craft a dagger that absorbs more health than that...

Is it pointless to dual wield daggers lol?

The Nightngale bow is actually pretty bad. It has among the slowest draw speeds of all the bows in the game, even the level 46 version isn't that good.

Both the Razor and the Blade of Woe are static though, so get them whenever.

You can actually get two Blades of Woe, you need high enough pickpocket skill to steal equipped items, but once you do you can steal her dagger while you're in the Sanctuary, and then when you reach then end you get another.

If you're not going for crafting her blade is a good choice, as Alexander said, it's the same power as Dragonbone Dagger, though it's enchant is severely lacking.

It's a health absorb of ten, and with a fast weapon like a dagger that could be good, if it had a decent charge. However it does not, the weapon runs out of charge is a mere 12 hits. If you want that health absorb to stay up you better carry a ton of Soul Gems or eliminate the cost of destruction, though I feel there are better enchants to use for an assassin type character.

If you use crafting though, this is all moot, when you can just use a Dragonbone Dagger dual enchanted with chaos and a health absorb of 100+

The ONLY way to learn enchants is via disenchant right? It's not like Alchemy where you can buy the recipe lol?

Correct, you cannot learn an enchantment without disenchanting, which you can't do on most unique items as well.
