It's just a bundle for SE.
Now assuming you connected your game to the correct Bethesda account (because the only way to change it is to call Bethesda to unlink the accounts then you have to link to the correct account). Your best option is to delete the game and reinstall again, there is a bug with fresh installations were this happens, and the solution ironically is to reinstall the game so the Creation Club works
The missing CC info is often fixed by another reinstall, it's so common on these forums that it was the first place I went.
It should not have disconnected the account just because of that, you could try clicking on the tab for Bethesda mods or the Creation Club it should allow you to reconnect to your Bethesda account..... if it doesn't then I'm stumped.
