Is there a mod to become Jarl?

I took over White Run out of boredom by basically using a mod to restrain the Jarl and put him in a room by himself.

Now I’m Jarl of White Run but it’s boring without having a mod that can actually make you Jarl.

Are there any mods that let you become Jarl like able to do Jarl things?
