"This bug is fixed by version 1.6.629.0.8 of the Official Skyrim Special Edition Patch."
HOLY @#&%, they fixed it?, an actual fix from an official patch?, never thought i'd see the light of day for that to happen.
I think of shouts like elemental fury or bend time or ice form that certain melee builds pretty much rely on. I know most of them by themselves being situational are crap because they are good for mainly one thing but during early game I can see most people to the conclusion that using fus to stun an enemy momentarily would be the only way to remotely get any damage in.
Can't recall ever using Ice Form or Bend Time, even on Melee builds.
But if you consider them that OP, then impose some rules upon yourself, maybe only use them once per fight, or after the enemy does a certain amount of Damage.
I am looking around for various different shout mods but face value nexus / google searchs have only gotten me so far to address your previous post, from what I've notice, yeah most people don't even really bother with dragonborn esc mechanics but most people don't really play the game like I do anyways or even use the limitations inparticular that I put on myself.
I don't really enjoy exploiting the terrible pathing of enemies in this game so whenever I go into dungeons and I enter a new room I always force myself to never go back to a previous room.
I am aware that mage builds are considered the strongest but I figured everyone considered that common knowledge.
There might be some, but I've not heard of them, unless they've slipped past me when the daily list of new mods is posted in the old fart's coffee house thread.
Making a lot of assumptions here, care to explain why you'd think that? Cause i've never in my life used the restoration loop glitch.
A more appropriate reply would of been, I didn't play the game that way if that's what you're trying to claim.
