Battle for Solitude won't start

I just started this mission and the first part was "Get your orders from Galmar Stone-Fist." but when I came to him he kept repeating the same phrase like any other NPC and the stage was still not done. And yeah, I tried using commands for this, every time I use "player.setstage CWSiegeObj 1" I recieve this message:
"LocAliasIsLocation >> 0.00
LocAliasIsLocation >> 1.00"
And that's all I get, I can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ move on the next stage, I can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ do anything and this ♥♥♥♥ is pissing me off already

Gosh, I just found the solution to this bug, I used "setstage CW 4" and that's it, you won't need to talk to Galmar and it all will be fixed
