SKSE won't load Skyrim

Hi! So I just tried launching SKSE, I ran it as an administrator, it says it's running on steam then it stops. Here's my load order.

Which version of SKSE64 and game are you running?

If steam is not running when you open skse then it opens steam and stuff stops. Have steam open when you start skse then it will open the game. That is how i fixed this problem.

I might have misunderstood the question. I though loading hangs, when running from xSE.
Yes: Steam should be open, when you run the SKSE from launcher.

Also, are you sure that your anti virus application isn't blocking SKSE? It does not matter if xSE application is being run as administrator. If your security application has decided to block it, application will do so, until xSE has been whitelisted.

Yeah, my anti virus is letting it go through, I whitelisted it.

I downgraded it, with the fullpatcher tool on Nexus. This is the first time, this is happening and i'm not sure what I did wrong or what I need to do.

All versions, even downgraded 1.5.97 version is at 2.x.x version,

Current Anniversary Edition build 2.2.3 (game version 1.6.640):

Current GOG Anniversary Edition build 2.2.3 (game version 1.6.659):

Current Special Edition build 2.0.20 (game version 1.5.97):

Current VR build 2.0.12 (game version 1.4.15):

For up to date version it should 2.2.3.
For pre-update (version that does not have compiler update) it should be 2.0.20.

Did you download the file from silverlock, or somewhere entirely else?
