If you are now using MO2
-You must always start MO2 from within the manager, not from the Steam library "Play" button.
-If you are using Skse, it must be correctly installed, and your manager must correctly point to the skse executable. When you run the game, skse must be the selected option in the right pane dropdown menu.
-Get those mods out of your data folder. Whether you are using Vortex or MO2, the best practice is to install mods with the manager for them to be managed properly, and neither of those managers put files into the game's data folder (that is one of the benefits to using either of those managers). For MO2, move those mod files that are in "Data" to your Desktop, put them in an archive with 7zip, then use the "Install a new mod from an archive" button on the MO2 toolbar to reinstall them (for informational purposes, a correctly installed MO2 will store unzipped mod files in MO2's own "Mods" folder, which is in the MO2 directory by default).
-It may seem like a basic matter, but any mod managed by Vortex or MO2 must be activated. It is actually fairly common that players install mods with a manager, and then forget to activate them in the appropriate checkboxes. A correctly installed mod with an esm, esp, or esl file should be visible in your MO2 right pane with a check mark showing activation next to it.
So make sure your missing plugins are actually enabled from your mod manager.
If you are now using MO2, your data folder should actually be empty (of modded files) as MO2 doesn't place files in data. So maybe you messed up installing them.
But if you are trying to get an old save loaded then option A is the only solution.
You cannot remove plugin masters from a save file, the only alternative is to start a new save.
You also shouldn't be placing anything in data folder manually if your using a mod manager. You are basically bypassing the management aspect and they will no longer associate with that mods files, essentially breaking the manager's function for that mod, and possibly the game as a whole.
If installing the mods through the manager does not fix the errors then it may be time to do a clean install and start over properly installing all mods through the manager.

Well it seems that this error with the masters missing is connected to the wrong version/file downloaded for Bruma mod, I have to wait and see if anything changes... Thank you very much again, I will update here if something new happen.. we'll see...
I would wipe it clean to make sure, thats my advice.
Either way good luck
:)
Thank y'all for your help, I appreciate it a lot!
