Can I do all achievements in 1 run on SSE?
Just looking to perfect a game I love, so first of all:

1) Using mod to enable achievements works for steam achievements with no hiccups, I hope? I always used mods thats why I have no achievements myself

2) I don't have AE, I saw that no new achievements were actually added so I'm assuming people who have vanilla SSE can still get them all, right?

3) Some of the achievements are indeed super hard like Stalhrim Crafter, for which I'm planning to obviously make a manual save beforehand, but all the rest, like being a vampire or werewolf, they are all possible in the same run, right? Or like siding with Imperials or Stormcloaks is basically the same achievement either way

There are a few achievements that can be missed depending on your choices, but yes you can complete all achievements on a single run with only the special edition.

could I please have a list of achievements that are easily missable other than Stalhrim Crafter? I prolly missed a few glancing through them

All of the Dark Brotherhood ones - you can make a choice (when asked to kill one of the victims in the house, remember that there are actually 4 people besides you in that room) that results in you destroying the Dark Brotherhood.

The one to collect Daedric artifacts. Depending on your choices, some of the artifacts can be missed.

And the one for capturing Fort Sungard or Greenwall. That part can be skipped depending on your choices while negotiating a temporary truce in the civil war (so you can use Dragonsreach to capture a dragon).

basically do not destroy the dark brotherhood.
join one side or the other of the civil war, stormcloaks or imperials, progress that before doing the main quest line to far, should be easy.

the oblivion walker: follow the guide on that site when you do the daedric quests... and or save before progressing to far in each daedric quest and make sure you get the artifact at the end, if not, reload previous save.

i don't see Stalhrim crafter as missible... honestly not even THAT hard, you can even buy stalhrim from ONE vendor.. the hard part will be getting the smithing perk needed. yuk.

the hardest might be getting both the werewolf AND vampire ones... heck i don't have EITHER one. granted i didn't put a lot of effort into it.

It is missable. The two NPCs that can teach you only have Protected status, not Essential. So they can still die (usually by you killing them).

Those aren't all that hard. Each requires you to kill about 165 things. Vampire lords use their area effect drain on anything but rabbits, chickens, and the like. Werewolves are initially limited to feeding on NPC corpses, but can unlock a perk that lets them feed on just about everything. And you don't have to kill anything as a werewolf - any appropriate corpse will do.

The hardest part is just advancing the appropriate quest lines to the right part.

Only 1 playthrough required.
There are no new achievements in AE/CC.

Missable achievements have already been explained, and I don't think there are any particularly hard achievement, but some of them can be boring.

100.000 gold, picking 50 locks & 50 pickpockets, 1,000 bounty per hold, all perks in vampire lord & werewolf, etc - they aren't hard, but they do take some time.

-100K gold can easily be acquired through alchemy (selling stuff).
-50 locks/pockets is usually achievable during thieves quest line.
-9,000 bounty - kill a guard in each town, make sure there's a witness, run like the wind. lol
-You can acquire all werewolf perks during the Companions quest line, and acquire all vampire perks during Dawnguard (any side) - feeding on small creatures like wolves makes this trivial.

SSE Engine Fixes can be used to enable achievements when using mods.

No, that would be cheating. I can't do that
