Where do you find the hind legs have the head and fronts legs now

The Horse Left Back Leg can be found in the main chamber, near the field of Glowing Red Wheat. It is on the east side of the collapsed tower (behind a chest).

The Horse Right Back Leg is on the other side of the main chamber, which will necessitate crossing the bridge in the center. It can be found under a collapsed building to the south from the Sickly Green Wheat.

Yep, all the parts are in the cavern.

All the horse parts are in the cavern with the wheat, the pain is you don't get an arrow until you are extremely close to them.

I usually do the outside edge first, running away to spread out any of the Dwemer Centurians, who are tougher than regular centurians, before going after the parts in the fields of wheat.

Dwemer horse was my favourite horse, until I got the Daedric Horse from "The Cause"
