I know there's a quest to cure vampirism. Maybe ask the tavern keepers for rumors or something. I think it involves the mage in Morthal. I don't remember all the details off the top of my head because I've never sought a cure. :P

Once you've turned into a vampire, you can't cure it with a potion or shrine no longer. between 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, your regeneration for magicka, health, and stamina are reduced by 100% when outside, so without any effect increasing regeneration speed you're basically unable to recover squat throughout the day.

If being a vampire is too detrimental or simply undesired, the only cure after it takes hold is to speak to Falion in Morthal about it. You might have to talk to innkeepers for the rumor first though. Or if you haven't done it yet, you could also progress far enough in the Companions' story line to trade vampirism for lycanthropy.

Is there a consule command to make him alive without messing with the achevements?

Becoming a werewolf removes the vamp curse, go see the companians in whiterun... BTW some way though the story, kodlack wants to talk to u, and charges you with getting the cure for the werewolf curse....

So u can play as first a vamp, cure ya self with werewolf, then play as werewolf, and cure your self later

How in the world did Falion die from a dragon attack? He is literally set essential so he can't die. Did you disable his essential status via console or some kinda mod?

If you really have to, use the console and type in "prid 0001AA5e".
After that type in "resurrect".
I'm not sure if it applies to essential characters, but you might have to type in "moveto player" as well in case his corpse was moved to the Dead NPC Space.

Falion is marked as essential and thus cannot die - and this status is never removed. If he died in your game you either have a mod that makes essential NPCs killable or used a console command that did so. You need to load a save from before he died - or before you used a command that removed the essential status. And if you are using a mod that enables you to kill NPCs you should roll back to before it was installed and remove it.

Due the interlinking of quests, any changes you made will have a cascade effect and will interfere with other quests. Also, given the fact that you magicka does not regenerate it would seem that there is more going on in your game problem wise. There is really not much hep we can give in this situation other than to say start a new game.

As to using resurrect on unique NPCs, read this:

Specifically, scroll down to the Resurrecting Named Characters section:
"When an NPC dies, the game runs a death script - this cannot be undone. The only way to "revive" an NPC that the game has marked as dead is to load a previous save from before the NPC died. While resurrecting with the console may seem to work, the game still sees the NPC as dead, so dialogue, actions, and quests that depend upon that NPC will not run. "

"Anyone" can include bandits, Forsworn or any generic NPC as well. So just soul trap a generic NPC you don't like and you'll be good to go.

I don't like filling black soul gems either, but isn't that is what those damn Dark Brotherhood assassins are for. :Owlcat_wink:

They want to worship the void? Well, that is all the void for those louts.
