Trainer program or mod to max stats and skills?

For the latest version of the anniversary edition is there a trainer (program) or a mod to create new character with all stats, skills and money maxed out?

Batch files are your friend.

There are many possible things, save files out there on Nexus with full completion, mods for cheating (proteus probably is what would have most of what you want), or you could just use console commands.

Batch files are, in this context, files with a bunch of console commands listed in them, you then run them from the console to avoid having to do them one at a time

Don’t recall or see a reason why you’d use a trainer for Skyrim.

thank you, I guess I'll just use a bunch of console commands then

make a batch file its just a plain txt place it in the main skyrim map then type in the console bat (name)

There is no limit for stats and money. So you can not max them out. Only skills.

And yes, I did such thing with a batch file.

player.advskill OneHanded 1000000
player.advskill TwoHanded 1000000
player.advskill Marksman 1000000
player.advskill Block 1000000
player.advskill Smithing 1000000
player.advskill HeavyArmor 1000000
player.advskill LightArmor 1000000
