Also if you're into modding, the Saints and Seducers creation has an expansion mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/72772) that makes the creation 100 times better and worth playing through. Highly recommend.
Unless you start the Saints and Seducers quest they are just a ransom selection of bandits, easily ignorable.... that said I like that quest....
There is even an Ayleid ruin and Oblivion gate complete with Oblivion plane to be found...

One can even get a Daedric horse.
