Are there any other ways to make passive income other than the farm by Rorikstead, and getting married?

I did see a mod once in a General Sam video that allowed you to purchase any property in the game if you had the money and then you could charge rent and make money.

In plain game…there are no passive incomes that I know of. However, making money is super easy and you can easily become rich with little work.

winstad mines, heljarchen farm, and millwater mill all have a passive income option.

Bathing beauty luxury suite also has a setting that turns on a passive income, but beware, that it is really close to tundra homestead, and looks a little wonky where they meet.

As mentioned above, goldenhills gives you a good income. I wouldn't need the above mods, but my character is an entrepenur and likes to provide jobs to the local populace.

Blackthorn a build-able town in the rift. That is in my top 10 just for mods. Basicly a dilapidated town with only 1 standing building (a trader) You build it up to a real walled city with a mine, inn, manor house, blacksmith guards and follower quarters among many other things. Many of the shop owners, and your personal steward are merchants. Most guards are followers and there are other NPC followers. You can collect reant on all the buildings I think there are 10. Don't know how to put the link in here but I think it is worth checking out.
