Many times mod authors will list the mods they used for their screenshots, usually they list them in the description section. They also will usually list/credit the assets they used to create the actual mod itself in the description section.
Bottom line you can look through Nexus for a preset to your liking, If you're using RaceMenu make sure the preset is compatible with it (most are but always check).
welp too late for that
as for why their face looks different the mod itself is a texture mod and doesn't do anything other then that.
Download "Racemenu" it has extreme slider overload to make your character how you want you can use other peoples presets with it too. so you can look for a face preset and download it.
- spending a lot of time in Racemenu or Enhanced Character Edit to literally sculpt the face;
- carefully select textures of course, not just the skin from that mod, but the eyes, teeth, eyebrows, makeup, etc;
- they use ENB/Reshade presets tweaked for this purpose, not really meant for gameplay. It's not just quality over performance, but possibly effects/filters that wouldn't look great with normal gameplay.
BTW, since they mention a discord channel, that's probably the best place to ask, at least they would be more responsive. The screenshot you mentioned is named Trusty, and at the bottom of the description, they list the users taking those screenshots, including Trusty. Maybe you can ask him, or maybe he has his own channel.
You will have to find it yourself. However, both Google and Duck managed to catch that with first try.
