1. #rel/relocation.h(567) failed to open file #SKSE #SSE Engine Fixes #Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch:
This error occurs if you install mods of different versions on Skyrim
At the time of writing this post, the current version of Skyrim SE is 1.6.640
If you have the Steam version: Skyrim SE = Skyrim AE version

Solution: All mods from the NEXUS must correspond to the current version of Skyrim AE 1.6.xx !!!!!(do not use mods v.1.5.xx)!!!!! Even if developer of the mod mark it like mod for Skyrim SE

2. #SKSE/Trampoline.h(187): Failed to handle allocation request #Skyrim SE always in window bug #New game crash #Skyrim SE doesn't see saves:
This error occurs if the names of your folders on the computer does not match the names of the folders in OneDrive
If you reinstalled Windows and changed the language, the name of the synchronized folders in OneDrive will remain the old one, this causes a bug when Skyrim cannot refer to the settings in the synchronized files

Solution: Go to OneDrive and rename all folders so that their names match the folder names on the computer (Same language and same symbols)

rel/relocation.h(567) is usually
Making sure Address Library is installed and make sure it's the correct version for your game. But yeah all SKSE dependent mods need to be the correct version.

Trampoline.h(187)
Best to not even use OneDrive. Either uninstall OneDrive or remove the Documents folder from your synced folders.

Also Must have Microsoft Redist C++ installed (2015-2022 version)
