Safe place to store items?

I'm not running any mods, so not sure a good place.

goldenhills plantation is not only free, you can actually make a crazy amount of money from it over time... you need to do a rather short (like maybe 10 minutes the first time) quest to get it, but storage, and especially after the upgrades you can do.

I am buying the Tundra Homestead =)

Wow, i thought i was the only one!!! In the early days of my playing Skyrim i had trouble managing money and was constantly broke so, since i was married to Uthgerd (if i remember correctly), i thought i'd use her house as a bank and store money there. It's safe and i can't spend it and if i kept doing it i'd build up a savings. Imagine my surprise when i travel to her house one day and whatever i was storing money in reset and all that money was gone...
