I abhor having 4 things I didn't want forced on me. I DON"T CARE IF THE DOG TURDS ARE FREE, I DON"T WANT YOUR DOG POOPING ON MY LAWN.
So yeah, thats how I feel about it.
The problem with 1.6.353 is that it natively has some loading issues which can cause scripts to load faster than they should. It might cause crashes or events to happen out of order with certain mods. This was fixed in 1.6.640 but sadly DAR was abandoned.

Don't see the reason behind using 1.6.353, both are older runtimes, neither is getting stable support from newly made mods, and if new modder not making separate version for 597 is a serious concern for you, then they'll be even less interested in making a 3rd one for 6353
So here are the two possible reasons my utterly unimaginative brain finds in defense for 1.6.353
-You are absolutely attached to the 4 CC mods
-You have the "If my current game is not broken I'm not fixing it" mentality, which I respect enormously
Expect; No. I don't expect to wake up each morning.
Be grateful if they do; YES! Also about the waking up part, can't play Vidja Games if dead (or asleep)
Because some things in the latest game version are different than older version also the Latest USSEP relies on the 4 CC to be present so 1.5.97 won't do and older versions are not to be found on the nexus.
I'm still on 1.5.97 in case you didn't guess by that segue. There's quite a few mods in my load order that are dependant on legacy mods such as DAR and .net script framework and there are still some newer mods that explicitly still only support older versions (such as SCAR).
Its a nuisance no matter which version you choose, because either way you can't guarantee a mod will work with your version. Nice work Bethesda.
