Vanilla potion alchemy recipes

Does anyone know of a source for the recipes to the vanilla Skyrim SE potions.? In this one specific case, I'm trying to find the ingredients to make Solution of Lasting Potency, but I am 100 in alchemy and I would like a listing of all the the vanilla potions, to keep on hand.
I've Googled all over and I either I get a generic listing of all the ingredients used to make mana potions or pretty often the console cheat code. I don't mind cheating but, I like to cook my own alchemy potions. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
On an aside; I couldn't believe how loaded down with adds the fan sites have become.

You mean potions which are pre-build by the game developers?

But you can not create such potions yourself. You can only buy it or find it as loot.

So without cheats your only option is to create player made potion of Regenerate Magicka using these ingredients:

Thank you so much, for your most thorough answer to my question. I'm slightly disappointed I can't duplicate those Skyrim potions however, that link you provided provides the closes matches I will be able to cook up!
