Usually it means you have the wrong version of something, or something wasn’t installed properly.

look at the report. It tells you what mod(s) are wrong versions. Have to install the right version for whatever skse64/game version your on. Unless said mod hasn't been updated to work with the latest skse64/game version -or- you installed oldrim mod without realizing.

Pay attention to the name of the error. That inscription above the main line with an error. [NameMode.dll]
Remove/disable it and everything will work. The installed mod is damaged/not compatible with your version, and therefore crashes the game.

W Y necropost, then? It's highly likely that OP forgot about this post long ago. How, and most importantly, why did you even find it?

I encountered this problem, and was actively looking for an answer and help in this matter.
And since I came across this necropost, perhaps a guy like me will stumble upon this post in search of an answer. And even if no one else appears here, I would like to leave a hint for those looking for it. After all, whoever seeks will always find, my friend.

Honestly this post saved me. I was going nuts trying to figure out what kept crashing and yours is the first in hours that has said just look at the file name. Bless you and may all your games run without crashing
