I would say yes, it can be. The mods I would call unethical are the NSFW mods, like Sexlab. Skyrim was never meant to be pornographic, and for good reason, yet perverts are using mods to turn it into filth that would make Crassius Curio blush in shame. What’s more, porn in general is notoriously easy to access by anyone, even minors who aren’t legally supposed to be able to access it, they easily get around the piss-poor warning pop ups and any parental controls their parents may have, and now porn addiction has become an epidemic.

Yes I have Flower girls installed and yes sex is part of my game as well is murder. I have no issues with porn or nudity. I do have an issue with children being in video games where such mods can cause issues and need to be addressed as such.
