That'll stop it from running away.
Yeah, Arvak is pretty much the only horse I use. Maybe it's just me, but he seems to be easier to control. Plus he's free, so you don't need to worry about replacing him if your regular horse dies or gets lost.
EDIT: Arvak is his name as other mentioned.
I remember a time when Lakeview Manor (Dragonborn DLC) got random-raided upon fast travel arrival. A group of bandits spawned behind the manor so it took them a while to go around, in the meantime me and my antourage had already entered. The baddies broke into the house and they got slaughtered of course, but from sheer bafflement and since they hardly carry valuable goods anyway I suppose I didn't bother to ransack them afterward. Took me a while to realise later they had taken at least a unique mage staff from one of the racks in the hall (I'm a hoarder in games, I always need storage space). Could be a disarm spell from one of my followers, which prompted them to grab a replacement.
So apparently yeah, they do.
It doesn't matter. Still +1 for using Aardvark, which is much cooler.
Hahah brilliant, pure comedy gold
(I'm assuming that leaving ALL my leather and metal in the outdoor chest in my smithing area is a terrible Idea)
Do safes work?
