I've never used them myself, but people whose opinions I hold in high regard have said they are overstuffed. If you want to use them, you'll have to shave them down in xEdit.
Someone know If I can flag then like ESL ? I just begin to install some and now I remembered of limit of plugins... :steamfacepalm:

Or is safe to merge it ? which application is more reliable to merge plugins ? I guess exist "mator smash", "Wrye Bash" and "merge plugin"

I would strongly advise against using his mods - the art work is good but the implementation is lousy - and especially advise against the use of them if you have a larger load order (and you do), though one or two may be okay - but overall, they are best avoided.

And only use either the stand alone merge plugins by Mator, or the merge plugins script for xEdit - and only if you REALLY know what you are doing - and I do mean REALLY know - not just think you know. See this topic (from the PINNED TOPIC Helpful Links and References, Section 4, Modding the Game):

I always thought his work was decent, to the eye, and then after taking a closer look I never end up actually using Mihail's mods. That's because I usually read what other users have to say along with reading comments from people who know far more than I do. Again, very nice work artistically and I'm not going to say he doesn't know what he's doing because he does but it could be done better. So when you use the word safe I'd answer with the word caution.
ok... thank you very much for your advice...

But I am sad... I wanted to fight more different creatures... You can suggest to me any SAFE mod to add at lest 20 new enemies to the game ? But real new enemies, not just re-texture...

I tried "Rogue Like encounters" mod and I really liked it a lot, it even added some awesome bosses in certain areas that makes the game SO MUCH MORE FUN... but... This also makes my game tremendous unstable, with constant CTDs.... Then I gave up...

I really wanted a mod similar to "Rogue Like encounters", but more stable...

I tried also "Enemy Variations Wenches", other mod full of CTDs.

Also I tried "Ultimate Deadly Encounters" and I not find any CTD, but, I not liked it, most of enemies are the same, just some re-texture, and is not really fun enter a dungeon and fight 100 monster at same time, is tiresome, not fun, and all 100 enemies are just the same... I cannot understand why people enjoy "Ultimate Deadly Encounters".

I wanted to encounter a VARIETY of new enemies, and also new bosses...

Individual monster/creature downloads from Mihail are typically already marked as esp-fe/ light plug-ins. Only a few of them change enough records to make that an impossibility (such as the Pahmar Mercenaries).
They've been perfectly safe in most instances. The only circumstances in which they are not safe will not be a concern for anyone not using certain automated features of a few scripted mods from Lover's Lab.
Thank you very much. I not know that those esps are light plugin, I downloaded it but not installed yet ( I was afraid to do so) I wanted to confirm it is safe or not first.

The problem with Mihails mods is not the file type, it is the number of creatures added - literally every cell has at least one - and sometimes 2, 3, or even more creatures which are loaded and which remain in the game severely effecting performance - especially, as stated, on larger load orders. This can be seen by opening them up in xEdit (as I have done) and checking the records. Due to the manner of implementation, I personally - based upon my experience, knowledge, and viewing of them in xEdit - cannot recommend or endorse their use.
