It may be that mod "updating" is as simple as "load old mod into Creation Kit, resave".
It may be that you need access to the original assets to do it, in which case you'll really need to wait for each mod author to re-upload (or for third party tools to come out and work around the issue).
It may be that SKSE updates in a fairly fast manner (which I'd call "within a few months of SE's release" - anything better than that would be miraculous), it may be that SKSE takes a year to reach decent functionality and still doesn't support all prior SKSE-based mods even then.
Really this is the sort of question you should be asking three weeks after SE's release.
i just wanted to start up a conversation that wasn't whining or begging for stuff. silly kids these days thing asking for something immediately before release is the way to get something. development cycles take years. this enhanced edition has liekly been in development for at least a year or two.
