Elder scrolls stopped using spears once they changed the combat system to wildly flailing weapons back and forth. Spears don't fit into that design philosophy.

Thanks i will check it out. i was sesarhcing for one and found some spear mod,but it seem the creator made the animations for anime girls . I also wonder is there a smooth mod for throwing sspearss, and so it looks nice like it impale the enemy properly and show a kill cam.

Well it's not this one, it has normal animations, javelins too.

This would involve adding to the game's mechanic. Almost the equivalent of adding a new mechanic so your modding experience also comes into play.

This also means you'll have to do some research on both setting it up and using the system as there are several mods involved all from the same mod author but these mods also have requirements from other mod authors like "Campfire" and "Training Dummies and Targets Special Edition"

I've never used it before so I can't recommend for or against it.

Yeah for the complete system there are 5 from the author.

Then the 2 requirements for a total of 7 mods. Like I said a new mechanic/system.

But after all, playing melee in general in skyrim is.... well. Skyrim it is.
I remember trying some spear-stuff back then but i wasnt very pleased. Even with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of new animations for just about anything; dodging, attack, bash, jump, walk, block etc it still remains somewhat dull.
