"Coming of Age" quest is not working
You can do what should be done there actually, but it doesn't start when it should, so you can't do any progress there, so you can't finish it. I know it's outdated thing but I like showing its bugs anyway XD

Now if I remember correctly that is the one with Selma and Beem Ja correct? Well than you've got a mod conflict or something else going on. as I've just finished this quest and it completed without a hitch

That's correct. Problem is it's clean install... no mods...
In which particular moment you received info about quest start?
