Help Fixing Mouse Delay
When I move my mouse in real life, it takes about a second for the action to register in the game. There isn't a delay on the main menu or the quests/stats/system menu. I haven't had this problem with any other game. I googled this problem to see if anyone else experienced it and found a couple solutions, but they haven't worked for me.

One proposed solution I found online was, in the .ini file, changing iVSyncPresentInterval=1 to iVSyncPresentInterval=0 and changing bMouseAcceleration=1 to bMouseAcceleration=0. I couldn't find bMouseAcceleration=1 in my .ini file (I think this is a solution for regular Skyrim, not Special Edition) so I added bMouseAcceleration=0 under [Controls], which I saw someone suggest to someone else who couldn't find it. These changes didn't solve the mouse lag for me.

Someone else said that the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch(USSEP) from nexusmods fixes a lot of issues with the game, so I installed it, along with the Vortex mod manager from nexusmods, and Skyrim Script Extender(SKSE64). These mods didn't solve the problem for me either.

I couldn't find any more solutions where I searched, so can anyone on here help? If you've experienced mouse lag, could you tell me what you did to solve it? Or if you haven't had this issue, could you suggest something you think might help? Any help would be appreciated!

That's correct. This option works with Oldrim and is useless in Skyrim SE.

Those are correct actions. They may help. But you haven't finished them. After this change you have to limit FPS of Skyrim with your graphics driver options at 60. This may reduce the input lag, but most lileky it will not eliminate it completely.

I am afraid those mods have nothing to do with mouse input lag problem. But USSEP is very useful with fixing a lot of bugs within the game. Keep it.

Thank you! How do I limit Skyrim to 60 FPS?

Try to find such option in your graphic driver control panel. In NVIDA control panel there is one for sure. Don't know about others.
