Disabled Mods in Vortex still run when I start the game
I'm disabling all mods to do some troubleshooting. I went over to the far right and clicked "Remove" the mods, but I kept the archives so that I don't have to go search for all 80 mods again to re-download them. However, they still load in the game when Skryim starts. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Go to plugins and disable the mods you do not want, and then hit deploy mods. Loot should show the load order then.

Hit the purge button and re-deploy mods

Purge option become visible in the mods tab if you got advanced settings and restart vortex
