werewolf / vampire legendary skill trees

I am trying to perfect game skyrim, and there are 2 achievements that require me get 11 skills perks in each tree.
I am wondering if once I get 11 perks for both of them, I can make them legendary so I can get those perks back

Werewolf and vampire perks are entirely different from normal skill trees, and are not earned by normal leveling. Werewolf perks are earned by feeding on corpses while in werewolf form and vampire lord perks are earned when killing enemies with vampiric drain in Vampire Lord form (or power bite attacks). The perk tree can only be accessed while in the respective form. There is no option to make these trees legendary.

They also provide no character experience.

And unless roleplaying a character no reason to go after them.... the achievement isn't enough to put up with playing a Vampire lord..... although Werewolf can be fun to do once or twice.
