So how can Talos be Nord,Breton,Atmoran,imperial instead of 1?what was so
special about Talos?was he special hero like DB? Who gave Talos powers?

Could Talos beat DB? Talos was Hjalti Early Beard,Wulfharth the Underking
Zurin Arctus,so how did he die and become new people?who brought him back as
new person?so why did Talos not be in Skyrim?or is he due in Skyrim sequel?

I think it would be a delightful research project for you to search the wikis and all of the other terrific websites and videos about Elder Scrolls lore, and see if you can find the answers yourself, and then apply the lessons you have learned about conducting research to all the other games you have had lots of questions about.

I am going to go ahead and try to answer this seriously. Please Note that this is an interpretation and there are no facts for a fictional world that the writers can retcon (and have) many a time in the last 20+ years.

With the passage of time, history gets distorted. People make things up. People simplify things and group them together into folk tales (tales told around the Community then spread to other communities losing facts at each retelling. Distorted by memory, intentionally by those with an agenda, or by someone trying to entertain.

Just as an example. How many times have we seen Batman's parents killed in Movies, TV, Comics and Games. How do we even know they were killed and didn't just abandon the little ♥♥♥♥. They were rich, he was a child. Probley bought a beach house and left Alfred all their problems (I would have).

to answer the original question, It was all these people and none of them. See michael Moorcock(sp?) the Eternal Champion, Ultima's Avatar or Mass Effect's Shepherd for examples. Its the Legend itself, not who or what fills it that Matters.

Multiple names, the same person. I highly doubt you are actually called pjedilord in the real world. You also have to remember that all the in-game books are written by different people, at different times, and with different interpretations and views of the events Not all the in-game lore is totally accurate. (Just like how the books and things in the real world are written by different people at different times and with different interpretations and aren't all totally accurate.)

So just because some in-game book says something doesn't make it true.

Wulfarth, Zurin Arctus and Tiber septim are different people but all 3 are Shizzerines mortal instruments of Shor/Shizzar/Lorkhan and thus dispite being diffrent mortals they are part of the same god.

To put in normal terms you know Jesus is technically part of God but also a mortal and seprate person at the same time in most most christian branches? well Shizerines are like that except you can have more than one and they tend to be violent.

Hjalti Early Beard is Tiber septim or his breton name if you go off the arcturin heresy version which skyrim basically confirms. The nord from Atmora was either propoganda to buy more suport with skyrim his early seat of power or post god good editing of his life (Akatosh sucks at his job of keeping time straight so even outside dragon brakes ♥♥♥♥ gets wierd if you look hard enough. well that and Nirn runs on HP lovecraft Azaroth logic meaning everything is the dream of a sleeping and insane god and the mad god dreaming which may or may not be the in universe Avatar of the games writers and develpoers) the setting can change his mind

Wulfarth is basicly the ghost of a long dead nord hero who comes back to life to start ♥♥♥♥ once in while

Aurin Arctus is Tiber septims battlemage and the bad ass who 1V1ed Numidium after Tiber septim used it to be a ♥♥♥♥

the underking is either Zurin Arctus post numidum fight trying to get back his soul, Wulfarth trying to get back his soul after Arcus used it for the Mantella or an amalgamation of both as Zurin Arctus acidently partialy traped his own soul along with Wulfarth

the reason the Septims are imperial in oblvion isnt because Tiber was imperial its because his line married into the local nobility in Cyrodil so martian and Urial being imperial means squat the septim line had dunmer heirs at one point that doesnt make tiber a dunmer retroactively because hid distant offspring were and more than the septims in oblvion make him an imperial. TES race always takes after the mother not the father Tiber was a breton or nord never an imperial.

as for Talos He is basically

A. the souls of Zurin Arctus and Wulfarth freed from the mantela during the events of daggerfall fusing with the soul of Tiber septim and manteling the god they were already all technically part of anyway and replacing him retroactively before the mantela was destroyed because Akatosh sucks at his job.

B. Tiber septim got some of the good ♥♥♥♥ from Vivics stash and gained enlightenment and became a god

C. both and no A and B being mutually exclusive in a sane world doesn't matter.
