SkyUI not working

I am using Mod Organiser 2 and all other mods work except for SkyUI. The game crashes when i try to open the inventory but its able to open the magic menu exactly how it should with SkyUI.

See if this helps

Goto AppData\Local\Skyrim Special Edition and open plugins.txt (any text editor will do). Ensure your SkyUI is enabled by placing an * to its left as shown below.

*iWant Widgets.esl
*SkyUI_SE.esp
*Cutting Room Floor.esp

Edit: If that is not applicable, are you able to see MCM?

I think SkyUI doesn't mork with Skyrim AE. If this is your Skyrim version of the game...

Not true. Been using skyui without any issues for any version of skyrim se(besides cracked. You have to be a smoothbrain if you use cracked games). The op installed something wrong then. Make sure you have its requirements. Latest version of skse64 AE version from its site. Install it right by placing its files into your main skyrim se folder and then launch the game normally then close the game out. Launch skse64 shortcut. You can also add skse64 shortcut to mo2. Launch it, go into game and type in the command `~: Get skse64 version. If it pops up. You installed skse64 right.

If you use mods from the in-game mod menu and/or sometimes play in off-line mode then add this mod.
