Are you using FNIS or Nemesis?

Post your load order as well..

Load order
From LOOT
up top choose "Game" then Copy & Paste Load order.

Vortex keeps a copy here:
C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Local\Skyrim Special Edition\loadorder.txt

If you still have issues with T-posing after you install everything again, run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe, and post the output here, if you have errors. That way, we can advise where your issues lie.

Once saves are gone they are gone for good. Even if you could recover them using a file recovery program, they would more than likely have errors and missing information and would not be usable. From now on, just make sure you back up your save to another folder on your PC or on an external memory device.

Would this mean I have to start over :(. Ok ill just use the cheat god mod to level up fast. Ik it might result not able to get achievement but don't mind cus this game old

To enable achievements when using mods, just use Engine Fixes (good to use anyway, along with the Unofficial Patch - which fixes literally thousands of bugs - see the pinned topic on it for what it fixes and why), as it enables achievements on a modded game:
SSE Engine Fixes (skse64 plugin) - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230

Are you playing the original version of this game? Looks like it's not this (SSE) version.

To install? Just follow the installation instruction on the description page (don;t worry about the part about changing the .ini - you can ignore that section. First, however, you will need SKSE64. Download it from here:
https://skse.silverlock.org/
Assuming you are on the current build of SSE (version 1.6.353), use this:
Current Anniversary Edition build 2.1.5 (game version 1.6.353): Download 7z File
The game version is what matters, not what it is called.

Just follow the installation instructions included in the readme.

Good luck!

Good catch, Vlad missed that completely.
Steam is showing you do not own either version on the PC. SKSE can only be used with the PC versions, so if you are on a console, you cannot use any mod that requires it.

Unfortunately, as stated, SKSE does not work on XBox, so any mod that has it as a hard requirement will not work - and Engine Fixes is one of these. Unfortunately, this limits you to a certain extent when modding on Xbox, as so many mods do require SKSE.

My issue is that I’ll get this when I load a save, it’ll only last for 30 seconds and then return to normal.

I have a number of animation mods and installed them correctly and they work, I just get this…almost like a delay as if the game is “loading” the animations.

And I don’t know if this is normal or not.
