Then again, if the functions appear when you unplug the controller and then disappear, that indicates it's trying to work, but something is stopping it. Possibly Windows itself. See if there's a specific driver you can download, or plug in your old broken 310 and see if it reads everything correctly. Save the INI files somewhere, plug in the new one, and dig through the new and old INIs for the controller references. Copy the old working entries into the new INI and save it.
Unfortunately, the old F310 won't even connect anymore. But which ini's are you referring to? I see some that are Config files and some that are Base files.
So I solved it. I didn't even notice the option in the Control menu to Return to Default. It was the Y button.
As soon as I did, all the functions reappeared, and I merely had to remap it to my preferences. It works fine now.
The new controller was nicer. I wish I had figured it out then before I returned it. Ah well.
