Gallows hall not spawning
I bought the anniversary edition, it seems like its installed, i have a gold dragon on the main menu, the credits says "thanks for playing Skyrim anniversary edition" or something like that...

I have no mods installed, verified the integrity of the game files.

And still gallows hall doesnt show up in my game?? its just a mountain there, no doors, nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?
