If you did that's probably what caused it, for whatever reason that often bugs out the game and doesn't start the next quest.
Though how do you not have any saves, the game auto saves when you fast travel can't you go back to that one?
You need to start making manual saves in order to avoid the predicament you're finding yourself in right now.

That should start "A New Order" and prompt you to speak to Isran. And if you're concerned with achievements don't be, the console doesn't disable them despite the message.
I would do this away from Fort Dawnguard as well, go somewhere else before you try.
Strange that even that didn't work. Well we have all had to start new runs by means other than our choice a few times. If nothing else now you have the chance to make manual saves this time.
And to Saves disable all Auto Saves and dont use Quick save make always Manual Hardsaves before and after every main Quest or point in the Game where it make sense.If something goes wrong with your Saves Hardsaves can be repair and clean all other type of Saves not
