As in, did you already have a game going and then downloaded these mods and are trying to use them in that same game?
If so, that could be your issue right there. Many mods that change/alter terrain and buildings or add/remove/change mechanics require an entirely new game in order to function properly.
Secondly, for your Breezehome mod - are you using any other mods that change/alter the layout/landscape/buildings of Whiterun or its exterior?
If so, you’ll want to do your research to see if those mods are compatible with your Breezehome one, or if there’s a patch needed/available.
Third, I can’t speak directly on Imperious or Requiem bc I don’t use either, but I know that Imperious doesn’t play nicely with a lot of other mods. Make sure both Imperious and Requiem are compatible with your other mods, then double check the suggested load order for the two plus whatever patches they require to function together.
Remember that load order doesn’t mean “order that they’re installed”. You’ll have to actually look at the plug-ins page in Vortex and find the LO column to make sure that they’re following the suggested LO.
Aside from my little quibble about adding mods, Fear2288 is on the money.
