Prid 000e8f04
enable
I make no promises that that is the correct id for the pitcher, but it 100% needs to be two seperate lines.
prid 000e8f04 (enter) will select the pitcher.
enable (enter) will then enable the selected item.
make a save before trying this in case the item id is wrong.

Some extra info on console commands that may be useful to you:
1) Use them sparingly if you can. In particular, using them to skip part of a quest or summon quest items can break things. For example, sometimes items for step 3 of quest X are created during dialogue in Step 2 of quest X. But if you completely skip step 2 via console commands then those items may be missing when you get there in step 3. (Cause you never did the dialogue).
Something like enabling that pitcher cause the trigger didn't work is fine tho.
--
2) It's always recommended to load a previous save if possible before trying console commands. Better to lose 5-20 minutes and have it fix naturally than to risk breaking something.
Obviously that doesn't apply to going back to the pitcher from the safe...lol. Ugh that quest...
--
3) Always save before trying a console command. Just in case. Typing a wrong number could result in unintended consequences. (For example, some other quest object or enemy could have been 000e6f04 while the pitcher was 000e8f04). (6 vs 8).
--
4) As you discovered, the game is picky about the formatting for console commands. If you get "expected in of line", then you have too many commands in there at once. If you get "expected object id" or something like that, then you have too few commands.
Yeah, no clip is a lifesaver...lol.
During combat with some draugr, I fus-ro-dah'd a pitcher for a quest onto the top of a nearby word wall...lol. I did not have a conveient save at that point so i just tcl'd it.
