Facial Hair (Beard) and Eyebrows dissapeared

I need a serious help about this! sometimes afer i saving my games, the facial hair and eyebrow are dissapearing from my character's face. i dont know why is this happening but restarting game works for fix but sometimes it's dissapear again

i've tried to verify integrity of my gamefiles tho and nothing change.
anybody have encountered this issue?
