A Quality World Map should be somewhere in the middle of the build
Realistic Water Two is comprised of two files:
RealisticWaterTwo - Resources.esm
and
RealisticWaterTwo.esp
You are not showing that - and RealisticWaterTwo.esp needs to load after almost everything.
Just seeing these issues is enough to say that the load order is not as it should be,
And LOOT is not 100% reliable - it does need to be checked manually.
Also, we need the sorted load order directly from LOOT. To post your load order, just click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner of the LOOT screen, click on copy load order from the drop-down menu, and then paste in the reply box here. In the newest version of LOOT, in the top left hand corner under Game, choose Copy Load order.

As the other mention above your load order probably needs addressing. LOOT sorts your plugins; the right side of the screen for MO2 (the .esm, .esp, and .esl) but doesn't sort your mods list (the left side). Ideally it should match as much as possible.
Textgen and dyndolod output should be the bottom 2 the list provided and show dydolod.esp and occlusion.esp (both part of dyndolod output) for the plugin list.
Something to keep in mind is the lightingbolts with the plus and minus. if you select a mod those plus and minus show (green and red in the scroll wheel) what is given priority and being overwritten.

Even if you don't end up using it you may want to look at it to see how to better organizer your mod list. There are also great links pinned on the top of the discussion tab.

Your off to a great start and feel free to ask more questions. I'm at 535 mods with 1058 plugins, so I can understand frustration if you can't determine which mod is the problem.
