Good Modern House mods??

Hello was wondering if anyone knows of any good modern player homes so far i have only found High-Rim Villa which is a pretty good modern home unfortunately i am unable to find any other modern player home mods. Thank you!!

I have been looking on the nexus I’m looking for white modern homes I can provide a image example of what I’ve been searching for so far I have only found 1 house mod that is similar to this. I understand that it doesn’t make much sense to have modern houses in a game like Skyrim however I like the architecture design that modern houses have such as the image provided below.

Well, as far as really modern homes in a style similar to the one you have - High-Rim Villa - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/46478
I can say that I have never seen any like that (and I have looked through just about every mod on Nexus for both Oldrim and SSE, as well as on LoversLab, AFK Mods, and some other sites). There is at least one somewhat modern (mid 20th century) house from Oldrim (I have it in my game):
Pale Marsh Manor - A Unique Player Home - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69831
(would need to be self ported - but it is not that hard to do)

There may be some few others that are similar, but that's really just about it.

Ah I see it’s unfortunate that High-Rim Villa seems to be the only player home mod that has the house architecture style that I am interested in. Thank you for the help smr1957 and lady aeleanor hopefully more modern player homes will be made in the future ^w^
