Hi, I recently saw that riverwood's dog was killed by miraak's henchmen, I revived him with commands because I felt sad for him, I wanted to ask, are the achievements really disabled when using commands in the AE version?

No, though if you use a command to obtain an item specifically needed for an achievement, you will not get that achievement (the achievement needs to be triggered by an in game action).

They're only disabled if you use mods, but there are mods that remove that restriction.

It can be that the MS store version is different in that regard .... I wouldn't be surprised if the MS store has the achievements disabled when you use console commands.

Unlikely, as that would require changing the way the game records achievements, so essentially there would be two different versions of the same game (and as we see with mods disabling them, it was applied across the board in order to avoid issues and that situation). The warning about achievements is more a generic thing that was thrown in as a general statement to discourage use of the console.
