Very Nice Comparison Video, PS3 vs PS4
It really shows the difference between the Special Edition and vanilla Skyrim -

The Special Edition looks a level above. The PC version should look even better with higher resolutions and framerate.
Obviously this is PS3 vanilla Skyrim and not PC vanilla Skyrim, you still get the idea though.
