Problems related with Models and Interiors (Mods)
Hello everyone.

I made a discuss in Oldrim discussions like 1-2 months ago, and after recieve support and get the answers for my questions, I bought SSE, and tried to learn with the guides that the guy who helped me last time, gave me, and myself, how to add mods and that stuff (I'm new on this things, sorry)

Here's the problem:

I decided to install only a few mods, not only because my PC is not quite powerful, and because how I said before, I don't know to much about this ''modding world''
And when I was testing out the new mods, I found a... An Interior Texture Bug, and the ONLY 2 graphic mods that I have and have gave me problems lately (I think, because I made some test myself by trying to uninstall both mods), whose are:

--------------------
- SMIM - Static Mesh Improvement Mod

&

- Skyland - A Landscape Texture Overhaul.
--------------------

Those two mods are the rebel ones.

¿Anyone know how to fix this visual bug?

I will apreciate any kind of help or support, and of course, an explanation of how to avoid this kind of problem in the future.

Thank you very much for you attention.

Don't delete. Use the "Uninstall" button for each mod you are removing so all files are properly removed. Then once the uninstall process is finished you will see a "Remove" button for that mod. Use it and a box will pop up - make sure "Remove archive" is checked.

The patch is probably part of a FOMOD installer so when you remove the mods I mention it will be removed as well. Check and make sure once you are done uninstalling.

Well I want to give an alternative for the missing floors do you have a lighting mod such as Lux, elfx or rlo?

That said I use smim since the beginning in my builds and never encountered this I don't have any experience with skyland.

Right off the bat before I look further:
You can't use 2 weather mods.
You'll have to either remove Obsidian Weathers
OR
Reinstall ELFX from Vortex using the "Reinstall" in the dropdown in Vortex which is in the Mods section of Vortex. You find Enhanced Lights and FX and look to the far right where you see the "Remove" button but do not use it to remove. Instead use the dropdown. Then reinstall without choosing "weather".

So whichever you decide to remove you'll need to start a new game afterwards.
Vlad 254 May 26, 2022 @ 1:27pm
That also means that if you decide to remove ELFX Weather you'll also have to remove the "SoS_ELFX+Weathers_Patch.esp" has to be removed since it includes a weather patch
Vlad 254 May 26, 2022 @ 1:34pm
You also should not be using Lanterns of Skyrim together with ELFX Exteriors.

So either remove Lanterns of Skyrim
OR
I would suggest reinstalling ELFX as I previously described and while NOT reinstalling ELFX weather I would also NOT install ELFX Exterior. You only need ELFX interiors.
Vlad 254 May 26, 2022 @ 1:38pm
I would also replace Lanterns of Skyrim with
Lanterns of Skyrim II
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30817

It's much more up to date and has patches in it's installer
Vlad 254 May 26, 2022 @ 1:38pm
Remember - after fixing your load order you MUST start a new game.
Okay, I'm kinda confused rn, but I'm gonna try to represent you a step to step of what is going on in my head (?

1. Reinstalled ELFX as you said...
2. Tried to remove ''SoS_ELFX+Weathers_Patch.esp'' but I only found it on ''Plugins'' and I don't find the way to delete it...
3. Deleted OLD Lanterns of Skyrim, while getting the newest version of Lanterns of Skyrim II...
4. Existencial Crysis (I'm stuck)
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Alright, news...
Finally I see the models of the floor and everything seems to be alright, thank you so much sir. But before leaving, I would like to ask you: How should I install ELFX or any other visual change for the game from now on?
I mean: I wouldn't like to get this headache again, but I guess is what I will have to see while modding this game.
