Also, do know that the mod has a requirement: did you comply to that?
It has to do with the fact that Skyrim 202X uses parallax textures and for whatever reason parallax textures don’t seem to play very nicely with certain ENBs, lighting mods, or other textures and models.
I gave up trying to make it work after awhile.
Personally, I recommend using a mix of his Skyrim 2018, Skyrim 2019, and Noble Skyrim as a base and then adding smaller/specific texture mods on top of that as you see fit (just make sure they’re not parallax).
I use a few select ones of his and they’re great. Great quality but not incredibly performance heavy.
