Skyrim AE No Body or Skin Mods Working
Hi there,

As of recent (with AE addition) I've been struggling to get any body or skin mod working. I have tried both CBBE and UUNP, various skin mods, and nothing seems to actually apply to the face. For example, trying to install CBBE with its built-in face mod does nothing to change the face, as default face for RaceMenu still shows up. Same case with trying to use UUNP and a skin mod.

I don't know if my issues lie with textures, as I can see the body morph sliders in RaceMenu for CBBE, but my only understanding at this point is that CBBE must not entirely be working if skin mods are not working at all.

I last was trying to mod Skyrim in June with ver. 1.6.2 of CBBE with the same issue. I have not tried rolling back CBBE atm, or manually installing skin mods.

THINGS I HAVE DONE:
Reinstalled CBBE or UUNP several times
Reinstalled Bodyslide
Reverted to an older version of RaceMenu (which works in fixing my RaceMenu issues, but not CBBE lol)
Tried installing several different skin mods (Bjinn, Realore Ultima, etc.)
Sorted my load order after every edit with LOOT
Uninstalled and wiped every bit of Skyrim from my PC and reinstalled (twice)

VERSION INFO:
Skyrim SE v1.6.640.0.8
SKSE v2.2.2
USSEP v4.2.8
RaceMenu v0.4.19.13
CBBE v1.7.1
Bodyslide and Outfit Studio v5.6.0
Bjinn Skin CBBE v1.4 (I have tried several, but Bjinn is what I'd like to have working)

Just a note, I do use Vortex rather than MO2 so if that's the issue, c'est la vie! I can try switching to MO2. I have been using the most recent update of AE and SKSE with no race mods installed.

TL;DR: Either body mods or skin mods no longer work and I've been struggling since June to try to resolve this issue.

Are you sure bodyslide is pointing at your game data folder? If i remembered; It needs to so it can actually work. Did you double check to make sure the plugins are active?

Did you make sure steam isn't installed inside of your program folders? Windows written protection will think those files are harmful and will delete them. AKA YOUR MODS.

Did you make sure you started up skyrim se normally first (just open it's launcher then close it out then launch skse64 shortcut)? Did you installed skse64 right? (extract it's file with 7zip then place it's files from it's folder into your main skyrim se folder *where skyrim.exe is at -not your data FOLDER-)

Yep! It's within my Data folder. Checked all my plugins in Vortex, and all are active.

And yes, I loaded up Skyrim to the launcher then launched SKSE to ensure it was all working, no changes.
