thieves guild extra jobs bug

I'm having a weird bug where all the jobs I take are only in riften and nowhere else. I have done 10 jobs in a row, all of which are in riften. even when I instill a mod that forces them to give another city I just don't get the job. no idea what to do please help

Might just be bad luck, but what mod are you using? I suggest
"Taking Care of Business - Thieves guild for Good Guys"
While the mod says it's for good guys you can play the guild as you normally would, you don't have to be a "good" thief.

The main draw is that you can choose a specific city & take all 7 jobs at once. Talking to Delvin or Vex will have a dialogue option to "Focus on a Single City".

Note that if you do take all 7 jobs turn them into Delvin first, once you finish 5 in a city for the Special Job he locks you into that and you can't turn in his quests until that one it done. So if you turn in all Vex's Quests in then you can only turn in one to Delvin who then locks you into the special job.

thats the one but when i pick a new city they just stop giving me jobs

just another save it has another mod list and its seems to be skyrim together

i had the problem before instilling the mod so i guess so
