It's in the in-game Menu under Settings / Display then look to the bottom.
Start there.
And i'd use TAA instead of FXAA
Tried both, still had the problem.
In C:\Users\...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition folder, locate Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini
In Skyrim.ini, under [Display] category find:
fDynamicDOFFarBlur=
And, under [Imagespace] category find
iRadialBlurLevel=
bDoDepthOfField=
Set all of these to 0
In SkyrimPrefs, under [Display]:
fDynamicDOFBlurMultiplier=
and set to 0
and check (this is what I have in my game, and there is no blurring)
So , these should appear as:
Skyrim.ini
[Display]
fDynamicDOFFarBlur=0
[Imagespace]
iRadialBlurLevel=0
bDoDepthOfField=0
AND:
SkyrimPrefs.ini
[Display]
fDynamicDOFBlurMultiplier=0
Check in game (these are what I have in my game, and there is no blurring)
Of course, if you are using an ENB, it is possible that these are being over-ridden by the the ENB settings.
Did you remove any mods mid-game? Lighting mods in particular?
I remember somebody getting issues with shadows and blur and after a bunch of troubleshooting we figured out it was cause they had swapped lighting mods mid-game. I just want to eliminate that as a possibility here.
Also, what graphics card do you have? I know sometimes the g-card settings can cause issues. For example, image sharpening under my radeon card settings would result in certain textures blurring in skyrim and i had to turn it off.
You should focus on the ENB for now to make sure motion blur is off, but afterwards it might be helpful to check some of the g-card settings if that doesn't fix it.
pretty sure op has moved on 3 YEARS later.
