Game graphic blur when I move
I don't know what is causing it. I have set the graphic quality to low with FXAA and it still occurs. Whenever I am standing still, graphics are good, but when I move they blur until I stop moving. Its hurting my eyes and I could use some advice on what to do.

Have you moved the Depth of View Slider all the way to the left?
It's in the in-game Menu under Settings / Display then look to the bottom.

Start there.

And i'd use TAA instead of FXAA

Yes and it did nothing. What I don't understand is that when I move forward it does not blur but it does when moving from side to side

do you have taa or fxaa enabled?

Is it like Motion Blur?

Yeah I think so

Some things you can check.

In C:\Users\...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition folder, locate Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini

In Skyrim.ini, under [Display] category find:
fDynamicDOFFarBlur=
And, under [Imagespace] category find
iRadialBlurLevel=
bDoDepthOfField=
Set all of these to 0

In SkyrimPrefs, under [Display]:
fDynamicDOFBlurMultiplier=
and set to 0
and check (this is what I have in my game, and there is no blurring)

So , these should appear as:
Skyrim.ini
[Display]
fDynamicDOFFarBlur=0
[Imagespace]
iRadialBlurLevel=0
bDoDepthOfField=0

AND:
SkyrimPrefs.ini
[Display]
fDynamicDOFBlurMultiplier=0

Check in game (these are what I have in my game, and there is no blurring)
Of course, if you are using an ENB, it is possible that these are being over-ridden by the the ENB settings.

I had to disable it as well. Can't stand motion blur.

I am using an ENB but I don't know how to disable motion blur with it. As for the game, I made the changes but the motion blur is still there. I am using the SkyrimSE Re-Engaged ENB

Eaarame, did you check on the Re-Engaged description page - Firemanaf discusses how to adjust many of the settings and there is also a vid for how to adjust ENB Settings - probably worth a look there, if you have not already checked the page.

I'm gonna ask a stupid question cause i remember somebody having a similar issue and this was their cause:

Did you remove any mods mid-game? Lighting mods in particular?

I remember somebody getting issues with shadows and blur and after a bunch of troubleshooting we figured out it was cause they had swapped lighting mods mid-game. I just want to eliminate that as a possibility here.

Also, what graphics card do you have? I know sometimes the g-card settings can cause issues. For example, image sharpening under my radeon card settings would result in certain textures blurring in skyrim and i had to turn it off.

You should focus on the ENB for now to make sure motion blur is off, but afterwards it might be helpful to check some of the g-card settings if that doesn't fix it.

what monitor are u using if you are using a 1440p monitor this is a problem with the anti aliasing and the native resolution textures this game doesnt have native 1440p textures only 1080 or 4k and when using a 2k monitor it screws with how textures are displayed when in motion making everything appear blurred. if you can play on a 1080 or 4k monitor or screen i found this solved the issue.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
