random question, but do you have any idea as to how to prevent the black face issue with immersive college of winterhold? i'm using a mod that changes most NPC faces so it's almost directly related to those, only using 2 mods that change nps. 1: the bijin series (NPC's, Wives) for example and 2: "pandorable npc's" changes a bunch of random nps in the world that aren't related to Bijin..
I'd also add that since Vortex uses Loot API and because Loot can be wrong at times you should not always blindly accept the "Before or After" suggestions you'll see. For example (but not limited to) many times Loot/Vortex will suggest you load a patch before the mods it's patching which of course should not be the case. There are also times the mod author gives you specific load order instructions for their mod and say 2 specific other mods and loot gives you different information. Then of course there are times you can safely decide whichever Rule you choose depending on which mod you decide should win the conflict.
I suggest you watch Gopher's Vortex tutorials.
For example:
https://youtu.be/BRo8I32ASSw
and
https://youtu.be/eSkurhkPSyw
These are both part of a series that Gopher does an absolute excellent job on and I highly recommend you watch them all.
how does Vortex decide on the suggestions??
Another example;
I installed the humanoid vampire lord mod + animation replacer
I'd need to load the animations last, but vortex wants them first, which renders the animation mod useless.
Can't trust LOOT with everything, people.
so can i ask if loot was even necessary to use before playing or do you really still need it?
ah.
I should note that in the Vortex Plugins section Vortex will give you Loot messages. Sometimes if the messages are short enough Vortex will give you the complete message, otherwise Vortex will alert you to check the Loot message directly in Loot.

does NAT conflict with elfx? i mainly just use ELFX for the nice candle smoke and immersive interior look that it gives but it doesn't have any information on the main page of NAT if it conflicts with ELFX.. lol
