Personally, I don't use any economy mods, so I can't recommend one. Maybe one of those in the search would suit your needs if it's a match for your version. Good Luck!

There IS NO economy in Skyrim, or most games for that matter. You can give yourself 25000 salmon and not change the price nor availability of that fish. You can take every piece of dwemer gear or strut out of every ruin and yet you'll still find ingots to buy from blacksmiths. Thee is no spoo... I mean economy.
This is why, if you want things to be more difficult, even getting rid of currency completely and just using barter isn't even a hassle by 20th-30th, plenty of lightweight or freeweight items worth a lot.
It's not enough.
I set the taxes for horses at 500 gold and the taxes for houses at 1,000 gold. At lower levels (one horse and one house) i lose 1,500 gold a week or about 10% of my weekly income. At higher levels (5 horses and 8 houses) I'm losing 10,500 gold a week.
