CBBE Bodyslide not changing anything in-game?

So, i've recently started messing with bodies in SSE and i wanted to use cbbe/bodyslide since i used it for Fo4 without problem.

My problem is, i have everything i need installed and followed the guides and videos, etc. But when i make any changes or build a body. in game nothing changes at all. it just uses the default cbbe body?

Are You using custom race by any chance?

edit: ...\BodySlide and Outfit Studio\meshes\actors\character\character assets
Check edit dates on those files(femalebody_0.nif and femalebody_1.nif). Should be the date and time Bodyslide finished building them.

Also be sure it's exporting to the correct directory, and not over-writing your Fallout body.

I actually figured out the problem 15 minutes after writing this.

Tbh CBBE feels really buggy in skyrim SE thats why I use UNP instead.

Actually, iirc you need to set *BOTH* weights in bodyslide for it to effect it
